Self-rotation ultrasonic nano-dispersion machine "Dispersion Nano Taro PR-1"

Adopting patented dispersion technology! Prevents variation and contamination, while also reducing running costs.

The "Dispersed Nano Taro PR-1" is an ultrasonic nano disperser that can safely and reproducibly disperse aggregated nanomaterials such as carbon nanotubes. With a container tilted at 45 degrees that rotates and emits ultrasound from two surfaces, the side and bottom, it utilizes a unique dispersion technology called "Dual Sonic Method" (patented) to achieve uniform dispersion. It addresses challenges such as reproducibility, variability, and contamination that arise when dispersing with ultrasonic homogenizers or ultrasonic baths. 【Features】 ■ Ensures safety by preventing material ejection or scattering due to the sealed container. ■ Only the container is a consumable, contributing to reduced running costs. ■ The built-in cooling system allows for temperature management of the water in the tank. ■ By emitting ultrasound from outside the container, it suppresses contamination. ■ Suitable for the dispersion and deagglomeration of CNTs, graphene, talc, silica, and more. *Please first check the materials by clicking the "PDF Download" button below. ★ Awarded the "Tokyo Venture Technology Excellence Award" at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's World Dissemination Competition 2019. ★ Demo and evaluation tests are currently being accepted! Nano Premixer PR-1 equipped with patented technology for rotation and ultrasonic dual surface irradiation.

Presenting technical explanation materials! Solving issues of material damage and dispersion unevenness caused by ultrasound.

The ultrasonic nano-dispersion device 'PR-1' utilizes a patented technology called "Dual Sonic Method," which combines rotation and ultrasound to achieve high-quality dispersion in a container tilted at 45 degrees. Processing can be safely conducted in a sealed container, allowing for the dispersion of carbon nanotubes, which would typically be shortened by ultrasonic homogenizers, while maintaining their fiber length. 【Features】 ■ Can suppress damage to materials and shortening of fibers ■ Difficult to create dispersion unevenness due to ultrasound directionality and standing waves ■ Good dispersion reproducibility ■ Prevents thermal degradation of materials through an integrated cooling system and water temperature management program ■ Achieves sealed container processing to prevent the scattering of fine particles ■ Contributes to reducing experimental costs by allowing processing of expensive nano materials in small quantities. ★ We are currently offering explanatory materials on the new technology "Dual Sonic Method!" (Demonstrations and evaluation tests are also available.)
